Why are we scaring people that AI will take their jobs?
I want to raise an issue that (I feel) has passed somewhat unnoticed.Well, from 2022 onward, all over the media are reporting: “AI will take your job!”. Has anyone ever considered how this affects well-being in society? What attitudes and beliefs does it build in employees? What impact do these messages have on the motivation, well-being in the workplace and even attitudes toward professional development of our colleagues?We, as managers, should take a keen interest in this topic. This applies to our current and future employees and colleagues.
