Miroslaw Staron is a Professor of Software Engineering at Chalmers University and the University of Gothenburg, Sweden. He serves as Editor-in-Chief of Information and Software Technology, contributes to IEEE Software (Practitioner’s Digest), and sits on the editorial boards of IEEE Software and the Journal of Systems Architecture. Actively involved with AI Sweden and Swedsoft, Prof. Staron holds the title of Excellent Teacher. His research focuses on software design, metrics, machine learning, and software quality. He has authored five books and published over 250 peer-reviewed articles in the field of software engineering.
