Tim Rumbaugh brings over 30 years of experience in program and project management across diverse industries. For the past eight years, he has co-led the Transcatheter Heart Valve PMO at Edwards Lifesciences, focusing on medical device development and strategic programs for structural heart therapies. Prior to this, Tim spent four years leading programs at a contract R&D start-up, developing point-of-care devices for allergy, immunotherapy, and DNA analysis. His career also includes more than 20 years in aerospace, managing programs for Parker Hannifin, Boeing’s GPS constellation, and Northrop Grumman’s B-2 Bomber program, delivering innovative solutions for military and business jet clients.
